A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment and will be deducted from the final cost. Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit is paid within 8 hours.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
If your hair is different from the photo you sent (e.g. length, colour, or box dye not mentioned), the service may be refused and your deposit lost.
If you arrive late, you may need to wait. Service will still be provided the same day, but delays are possible. If we can’t agree on the result, the deposit may be forfeited.
For colour, balayage, or bleach services, wear suitable clothing. Dye may stain clothes, and we are not responsible for any damage.
