- Once you pay £50 deposit to book an appointment, I will secure your slot.
If I don’t receive the deposit prior to intended appointment time, I wouldn’t be able to guarantee your chosen slot to be reserved for you.
- All deposits are deducted from the final cost of the hair treatment after you attend the appointment.
- Please note I am VIP, one customer only at a time business and I do not offer any refund if you cancel your appointment, I have limited spaces available due to high volume of bookings during Covid-19 pandemic.
- You would be given an option to reschedule your appointment for a further date 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- No deposit refund will be issued and reschedule option will not be available for last minute cancellation
- We reserve the right to charge 100% of you service price in the event that you do not attend your appointment.
- Please note that a patch test will be required prior to any colour service
